Online therapy for people living in Europe

For people living abroad or between cultures who want online psychological support in English or Spanish.

Why this page exists

Living in Europe can bring stability, movement, and opportunity. It can also quietly change how life feels day to day.

Many people living abroad notice fatigue, anxiety, low mood, or a sense of disconnection. Some feel less like themselves. Others feel capable, but constrained. These are often understandable responses to living between systems, languages, and expectations.

This is an online space to make sense of what is happening and explore what, if anything, might help.

Who this can fit
  • You are living in Europe and prefer therapy in English or Spanish
  • You are navigating life between cultures, roles, or systems
  • You feel stuck, worn down, or less like yourself
  • You want support that pays attention to context, patterns, and relationships
  • You do not want to spend months or years in open ended processing as a default

You do not need to be certain or fully ready. Ambivalence is a common starting point.

How this work is offered

Sessions are offered online. The work is informed by brief and systemic approaches.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we pay attention to how life is organized. Where pressure accumulates. What options feel available. What patterns repeat in work, relationships, family, and internal experience.

Substance use: If it is part of your situation, it can be discussed without pressure to label it or decide outcomes in advance. The focus is understanding what role it plays, what it costs, and what changes, if any, make a real difference.

A note on location

This is not in person therapy and it does not depend on local proximity. It is online work for people living in Europe.

I work within the limits of applicable regulations. If you are unsure whether online work is appropriate for your situation, we can clarify that before starting.
