People come to therapy for many different reasons, and not everyone arrives with a clear explanation or goal.
Some are living in a country that isn’t their own and notice that the experience is affecting how they think, relate, or make decisions. Others feel constrained, worn down, or stuck within the life they’re already living, without being sure why.
You don’t need to be certain, motivated, or ready to change in order to start.
If you’re unsure which fits best, choose the one that feels closer for now. You’re not locking anything in.
